Accessibility statement

Our commitment, current scope, known limitations, and ways to request assistance or raise an accessibility concern.

Conformance status: RURR Advisors is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement does not claim that every page, document, third-party service, or workflow is fully conformant.

Our commitment

We aim to make our digital information and investor-facing services perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Our implementation and review target WCAG 2.2 Level AA and take account of applicable SEBI digital accessibility requirements, GIGW guidance, and IS 17802.

Scope

This statement covers the public website at https://rurr.in, including informational pages, investor disclosures, resource articles, calculators, general enquiries, grievance submission, grievance tracking, and complaints-status information on supported desktop and mobile browsers. The authenticated internal visual editor is not part of the public investor platform.

Known limitations

  • Human testing with users of NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, magnification, voice control, and other assistive technologies remains an ongoing manual activity.
  • SEBI SCORES, Smart ODR, Google Apps Script, email applications, WhatsApp, and other linked or integrated third-party services are operated by their respective providers and may have limitations outside our direct code control. Contact us if you encounter a barrier so we can provide first-party assistance or another reasonable route.
  • No downloadable PDFs or embedded videos were present in the public codebase at the review date below. Any future PDF or media publication must be checked for tags, reading order, captions, transcripts, and other required alternatives before release.
  • The accessibility contact, designation, escalation contact, and response target shown below remain subject to formal firm approval. Existing public email and phone details are provided so assistance can still be requested.

Latest review

The latest code and automated accessibility review was performed on 5 August 2026. Automated testing cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so manual and assistive-technology testing is also required.
